High-quality EGR valve adapter/replacement. The replacement was performed using a WATERJET FLOW waterjet cutting machine, using high-quality, acid-resistant 0H18N9 sheet steel, 10 mm thick, and a 54x2 mm acid-resistant steel tube that could withstand all conditions encountered in the exhaust system.
If you notice your car has lost its previous power, jerks when accelerating, and smokes, the EGR valve is likely the culprit. The cause of mechanical EGR failure is carbon deposits building up in the valve, which increases resistance during operation. It then doesn't respond quickly enough to accelerator pedal pressure. Carbon deposits also accumulate on the valve surface and can remain open despite higher engine speeds.
Blocking the EGR valve is intended to prevent exhaust gases from entering the intake manifold. As a result, the aforementioned signs of EGR valve damage often disappear, and the car's operating parameters return to their pre-failure state.
Using a waterjet cutter in the cutting process ensures a low processing temperature that does not alter the properties of the materials being cut. Parts made using CNC laser cutting machines lose the properties of the material they are made of due to the temperature increase at the cutting location.

- Standard parcel delivery: Delivery typically within 1-2 business days after dispatching the order (NL, BE (+1), DE(+2), LU(+2)).
- Large volume delivery: Delivery typically within 1-3 business days after dispatching the order (NL, BE(+1), DE(+2), LU(+3)).
- Local delivery: Delivery typically within 2-48 hours after dispatching the order. This often involves deliveries within a radius of approximately 30km. If this shipping method is available, it will automatically appear as an additional option during checkout.
- Exclusive delivery: Delivery typically within 12-72 hours after dispatching the order. Exclusive delivery is only available at an additional cost (Available in NL, BE, DE & LU).
We deliver standard parcels and large volume deliveries throughout Europe, excluding Benelux + Germany.

Processing and Delivery Times
The delivery time of the order depends on the items ordered and the current available stock in our own warehouses or partner warehouses.
- On the product page, you can view live whether the product is in stock at our main warehouse WH1 in Zwaag (WH1 Zwaag). If this is the case, we have the product immediately available for shipping, collection, or assembly.
- Our additional warehouses WH2, WH3, WHP1 & WHP2 are not directly displayed on the product page. If the product is in stock there, it is usually available within 1 to a maximum of 2 business days. The standard delivery time is then often displayed as 3-5 business days on the product page.
- All orders are processed within a maximum of 24 hours and shipped within a maximum of 2 business days, unless otherwise stated with the product offered.
- The exact delivery time varies and depends on the available shipping method and the final destination of the order.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace information, if available.
