How can I place an order?
You can easily place an order on our website by adding the desired products to your trunk (shopping cart) and following and completing the steps in the checkout process.
What payment methods do you accept?
On our website, we accept various payment methods, including iDEAL, Bancontact, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Belfius Pay Button, KBC, and prepayment by bank transfer.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order as long as it hasn't been fully processed in our warehouse. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to check this. If cancellation is no longer possible, you can still return the order to us for a refund after receipt.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
After placing your order, you will automatically receive a digital invoice by email.
Why don't I receive an order confirmation?
There could be several reasons why you haven't received an order confirmation. It's possible you used the wrong email address, or there was a spelling error. It's also possible the email ended up in your spam/junk folder. If you still haven't received a confirmation after checking these points, please contact our customer service. We're happy to help!
Is my payment safe?
Yes, all our payments are processed via secure and encrypted payment methods to protect your data.
Shipping & Collection
What are the shipping costs?
Because our range is so extensive, shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery address of your order.
We can ship our products throughout Europe. The total shipping costs for your order will be displayed during the checkout process.
BENELUX: for orders from the Benelux we offer free delivery from €300.
How quickly will my order be shipped?
If all ordered items are in stock, the order will be shipped within 1 to a maximum of 48 hours.
If items need to be ordered from the supplier, this may take a few days longer. In that case, please use the standard delivery time for the specific product shown.
When will I receive my order?
This depends on the standard delivery times for the parts in your order. The standard delivery time is displayed in working days, product-specific, and shown in green , orange , and red .
1. Green, delivery within 1 to 3 working days: in stock in main warehouse or M2 (Warehouse 2).
2. Green, delivery within 3 to 5 working days: in stock, available from supplier/partner.
3. Green, delivery within 5-7 business days: in stock, available from supplier/partner, available from factory, available with longer delivery time as standard.
4. Orange, delivery within 10-20 working days: available from supplier, available from manufacturer.
5. Red, delivery within 20-30 working days: available ex manufacturer, available ex producer.
6. Red, delivery within 35-45 business days: available from manufacturer, available from producer, available to order.
Is our live " in stock " notification displayed on the product page? If so, the item is in stock at our main warehouse in Zwaag (North Holland). Pickup is also possible during our opening hours (often within 2 hours of placing the order).
⛔️ please note: The longest delivery time indicated is the determining factor . We do not automatically make partial deliveries of orders containing multiple items. If you would like to receive an item with a shorter delivery time sooner, please place multiple orders.
Can I also pick up my order?
Yes, that's possible. You can pick up your order at our main warehouse in Zwaag (North Holland) on weekdays between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Select the "Pickup" option during checkout. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.
How can I track my shipment?
As soon as your order has been prepared in our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with track & trace, allowing you to track your shipment with our logistics partner.
My order is damaged, what now?
Please contact our customer service immediately upon receipt and detection of the damage and send photos of the damage so we can immediately assist you with a solution.
Warranty & Returns
What is your warranty period on products?
The warranty period varies by product, but we offer a standard 1-year warranty on all items, unless a different warranty period has been specified by the supplier.
How can I return a product?
To return a product, you can request a return through the website within 14 days of receiving your entire order. Once we've approved your return, you can return the order, or part of it, to us.
Are there any costs associated with returning?
Yes, there may be costs associated with returning an item to us, such as the return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are usually the customer's responsibility. An exception to this is if the product was delivered incorrectly, damaged, or defective.
⛔️ Please note: we do not reimburse return costs for incorrectly ordered parts!
Can I exchange a product for another item?
Yes, you can exchange an item for another one from our range. Please contact our customer service or submit a return request. We can then process your return as an exchange immediately. We will cover the costs of the exchange.
How long does it take to get my money back?
After receiving and processing your return, you'll receive your refund within 14 days. Please note that all returns are thoroughly inspected for damage or signs of wear upon receipt. Damaged and/or used items cannot be exchanged or returned and will therefore be rejected immediately.
Bumpers & Sheet Metal Parts
How do I know if the part is applicable?
Check the product description and compatibility before ordering. Under the "Applicable to" tab, you can find out which models (and years) the part is compatible with. If you still have questions, please contact our customer service. Our product specialists are happy to help.
Do I need to try on the part before having it spray-painted?
Yes, we always recommend trying on the part before having it painted. It might take a little more time, but the reason is this: Machined and/or painted parts are excluded from returns. Therefore, we recommend always checking the fit first to avoid losing your right of withdrawal.
What if the part doesn't fit properly?
It can be very frustrating if a part doesn't fit properly. In that case, please contact our customer service and send photos and, if possible, videos of the installation so we can help you find a solution.
What should I do if I ordered incorrectly?
Please contact customer service as soon as possible. We're happy to help you find the right solution.
Headlights & Taillights
How do I know if the lighting is suitable?
Please carefully check the specifications of your BMW or MINI and all the information on the product page on our website. Are you unsure about a purchase or would you like some advice? Feel free to contact our customer service. A product specialist will be happy to help you make the right choice.
Can I install lighting parts myself?
Yes, it's possible to install lighting components yourself, and many customers do so. However, if you're unsure, we recommend hiring a professional. In some cases, it may be necessary to code lighting components.
What should I do if my new lighting doesn't work?
In this case, first check that the installation was performed correctly and that the fuse is working. Otherwise, contact our customer service for assistance and include photos and videos of the problem.
Are your lighting components approved (street legal)?
Yes, our lighting components are approved and meet all legal requirements for use on public roads throughout Europe. There are a few exceptions, in which case they will be specifically noted on the product page (e.g., LED lamps and other non-approved automotive lighting).
Do headlights come with all bulbs?
Unfortunately, this isn't always the case. Please check the product description carefully. In many cases, you can transfer your old bulbs from your old lighting components, so it's not always necessary to purchase new bulbs if they aren't included with the item. If you do want to purchase new bulbs, you can visit our car bulbs page.
Workplace
What services does your workshop offer?
Our workshop offers a wide range of services, including installation, assembly, and tinting of optical exterior and interior components. We do not perform repairs or other standard maintenance in our workshop, nor do we weld or grind components (such as exhaust parts).
Do I need to make an appointment for a service?
Yes, it's necessary to make an appointment in advance. We'll contact you after you've placed an order with installation service. If you're having us perform a minor installation, you can usually wait. For a larger job, you'll need to bring your car to us.
How long do most services last?
The duration of our services varies considerably, but most installations take between 1 and 4 hours, depending on the complexity and the number of parts to be installed. For paint services that include installation, we need a few days. Please keep in mind that your car will need to be with us for a few days.
Do you offer a guarantee on your services?
Yes, we offer a standard 2-year warranty on all workshop services. Contact us for specific details about the warranty terms.
Can I also come by for small installation services?
Yes, you can also contact us for minor installation services. This includes installing LED license plate lights or LED turn signals, as well as removing and installing emblems and kidney grilles. In many cases, we can complete these services within 45 minutes.

How can I get more information about a specific product?
You can find more information about a specific product on the product page on our website. Here you'll find a full description and specifications. If you have any further questions, please contact our customer service.
Are the product images on the website representative?
Yes, the product images on our website are representative of the products we offer. We do our best to display the colors and details as accurately as possible. However, please note that the actual color may vary depending on your screen settings.
Do you also have physical stores?
Yes, we have one physical store where you can pick up orders or when we need services performed. Unfortunately, in-store purchases are not currently possible.
Are there product reviews available?
Yes, many of our products have reviews from real customers, which you can read on the product page under the "Reviews" tab. You can use these reviews to make an informed decision.
How can I recommend or review a product?
You can recommend or review a product by visiting the product page and sharing your experience in the review section. Once you've placed an order, you'll also receive an email asking you to leave a product review. You can also share your recommendation on social media by tagging us.

How long will it take before I receive a response to my question?
We aim to respond to questions, comments, and messages within 24 hours. Please note that this may take a little longer during busy periods, but we always do our best to help you as quickly as possible.
Do you also offer support for technical questions?
Yes, we also offer support for technical questions about items in our product range. You can email your technical question to our customer service team, and we'll be happy to help.
Can I also use social media to get in touch?

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you're not required to create an account to place an order. You can also choose to order as a guest. However, an account does offer many advantages, such as easily tracking your orders and saving information for future purchases.
How can I update or change my account information?
You can update or change your account information by logging in to your account and going to "My Details." Here you can update your personal information, such as addresses and payment details.
Can I also delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account. Please contact our customer service. We will manually delete your account for you.

You can sign up by entering your email address in the registration form at the bottom of the page on our website. You can also subscribe to our newsletter while completing your order by selecting this option at checkout.
